Today we got to hang out with one cool cat ... he was very composed all day and set a very good example :) during his church blessing. The church service just may go down in the record books for the longest sacrament meeting ever (so it's a good thing he was on his best behavior!) -- two baby blessings, two and "a half" missionary farewells, a "there-is-no-end" closing song and a five-minute closer brought the meeting to just over 1.5 hours in length. The after-party (and we all needed it) was held at Steve n' Sherry's; all in all it was a day of good food, friends, lots of family, and fun... oh and some fotographs ... Want in on the crazy fun? With the excellent fall weather yesterday, it's a shame Bec n' I didn't have more than one quick shoot in Wentzville. The way things go here in the STL, we'll have highs in the 40s all next week and all the leaves will be gone. Regardless... Here's one of Becca's shots, texture added in Lightroom and Photoshop.

The weather was excellent on Saturday for a relatively quick photo session with Tyler . Low-level clouds with a lot of texture and not too cold and definitely not too hot.

By requirement, for the workshop I'm in (in the really cold room), I'm going to post a few pix that I took not in Savannah, but in Chi-Town a year ago at a photo conference for University Photographers Association of America (UPAA). Enjoy.
